Mahogany Collections accepts Visa, Master card and American Express. When placing your order please make sure you get your correct size and quantity. Cashier check and money orders should be mailed to:

LAYAWAY IS AVAILABLE

Please fax 561-965-8403; place your order in with style number, color, size and quanity. Customer service will confirm if item is in stock or not. Once an item is confirmed in stock, a down payment is required immediately at the time of layaway.


LAYAWAY DOWNPAYMENT

Customer must pay 50% to 75% down payment is required on total purchases at the time of layaway. Layaway will not be held without down payment. Final payment must be paid in full 30 days from date of purchase.


CANCELLATION OF LAYAWAY

Notify Mahogany Collection in writing via fax or email within three day after puchase order date. Letter must state that he or she would like to cancel layaway in order to received a full refund of the down payment. After three days of purchase order date no refund will be given for any reason. Layaway depost are non-refundable after three days. NO EXCEPTION.


HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEMS I WANT TO PURCHASE ARE IN STOCK?

All items on our website are subject to availablity and are not guaranteed to be in stock when placed. If item is not in stock when you place your order, you will be notified by email ASAP.

IF ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED, WHY ARE THERE CHARGES MADE ON MY CREDIT CARD?

When an orders is placed your credit card is automatically authorized, meaning the funds are placed on hold, but are not withdrawn from your account until the order is guaranteed to be in stock. If a item is not in stock when order is placed we will release the authorization on your card, which means the funds on hold will settle back into your account. Normal settlement time is same business day or depending on your bank up to three business days
