ALL SALES ARE FINAL You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange or store credit with the receipt and tags attached in the original condition. Store credits are good for one year from the day of the return. Please contact us within 48 hours (via email or telephone) of receipt of an order to know if you have a problem with a garment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned item. If we have authorized a return for exchange or store credit, it must be return within 48 hours of your original receipt of the item, unless other arrangement have been made. Please send item back unworn. There will also be a 30% restocking fee deducted from your cost.
Please Note: If returned item come back damaged smelling of smoke or are in any way less that the condition they were sent to you in we reserve the right to deduct for dry cleaning or repairs, a percentage of what is due back to you in credit. This will be assessed on a case by case basis. Mahogany collections reserve the right to deny any exchange or store credit on any merchandise.
